Hi Marcus,
Sorry I didn't send an update last week. I was out of town
with my
family and Pat was here working on your bike. He doen't touch the
computer or dig. camera. So he just moved on. He is molding and
priming your parts this week. I will send you some images
tomorrow of
everything in our paint booth. Our painter from Bankok is due to
arrive at the end of next week. We must have the parts primed
then
sanded and base coated in the "Viper Red" prior to his
arrival. He
will be here for 1 1/2 weeks for lay out of the flames, clear
coats
between finishes and hand striping. And then when he leaves we do
2 more final clear coats. I will take several shots of him
(Darrell)
while he is doing art work. The complete paint proceedure should
take
about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Then we
can begin final assembly. Final assembly should take about 3 to 4
weeks at most.
I estimate you should be ready to rock, roll and ride in 6 weeks
or 7
weeks if we run into any delays with the chromer. The chromer is
working on some special Satin finish products for our inspection
right
now.
I'll email you tomorrow with some shots of primer in progress.
Talk to you then.
Brook
