I am a computer security geek. I work for the San Diego Supercomputer Center and do some occasional consulting, lately expert witness work.

I spent a couple of years in high school doing it, and then went wihout a camera for the most part for the last 20 years. Last year I bought myself a 35mm Pentax and have started playing around with it.

I've only used on-camera flash when necessary. I've basically done found images, landscapes, etc. I'm just now starting to learn about using artificial light. I've acquired some equipment and am setting up a space as a studio.
